Terms of collection, storage and processing of personal data

This Privacy Policy describes how NextRepair service centre (hereinafter — "we", "us" or "the Company") collects, uses and protects the information you provide when using our website nextrepair.info (hereinafter — "the Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact details — name, phone number, and email address that you provide when filling out contact forms, requesting a callback, or booking a repair.
  • Technical information — your device's IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, pages you visit on the Site, and time spent viewing.
  • Cookies and identifiers — session data, language preferences, Google Analytics analytical identifiers.
  • Device data when using online tools — when using our free tools (camera test, microphone, GPS, etc.), your browser may request access to peripheral devices. This data is never transmitted to our server and is processed exclusively locally in your browser.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

Collected personal data is used exclusively for:

  • processing your repair request or consultation inquiry;
  • contacting you via the provided contact details;
  • improving the quality of our services and the Site;
  • sending newsletters and promotions (only with your explicit consent to subscribe);
  • anonymous statistical analysis of Site traffic;
  • displaying relevant advertising via Google AdSense (see Section 5 for details).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

  • your consent, provided when filling out forms on the Site;
  • performance of a service contract (Public Offer Agreement);
  • the Company's legitimate interests, to the extent that they do not conflict with your rights and freedoms;
  • requirements of applicable Ukrainian law, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

4. Cookies

Our Site uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser. They are used for:

  • remembering your selected interface language;
  • ensuring forms work correctly and protecting against spam (CSRF tokens);
  • collecting anonymous traffic statistics (Google Analytics 4);
  • personalising advertising via Google AdSense.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, this may affect the functionality of the Site.

5. Google Analytics and Google AdSense

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic. Google may collect data about your behaviour on the Site using cookies and transmit it to Google servers in the US. This data is anonymised and does not contain your personal information. We have enabled IP anonymisation.

Some pages of the Site display advertising through Google AdSense. Google uses DoubleClick cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to our Site and other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads.

6. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell, transfer, or disclose your personal data to third parties, except:

  • Technical service providers (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Tawk.to) — only to the extent required for these services to function;

7. Data Retention Periods

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of its processing:

  • Contact data from forms — up to 12 months from the date of last contact;
  • Newsletter subscription data — until you unsubscribe;
  • Analytics cookies — in accordance with Google Analytics settings (up to 26 months);
  • Server logs — up to 30 days.

8. Data Security

We take organisational and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. Data transmission between your browser and our Site is secured via HTTPS.

9. Your Rights

Under Ukrainian law and GDPR principles, you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain information about what personal data we process about you;
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Restriction of processing — request suspension of processing of your data;
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal;
  • Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Our Site may contain links to external resources (social networks, partner sites). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you via the Site or email. Continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes your agreement to the updated Policy.
